- Select Customer Service → Activate or Replace Card.
- Enter your 16-digit card number and CVV.
- Create or confirm your PIN.

- Follow voice prompts to activate your card and set PIN.
- Have your SSN and account number ready for identity verification.

- Insert your new debit card into any KeyBank ATM.
