Fix 1 — Check Tarkov Server Status

Before changing anything on your end, verify BSG servers are online at status.escapefromtarkov.com or search Tarkov server status on Twitter/X.

Fix 2 — Flush DNS Cache

Stale DNS records can block the launcher from resolving BSG servers.

1. Press Win + R, type cmd, run as Administrator.
2. Enter: ipconfig /flushdns
3. Restart the Tarkov launcher.

Fix 3 — Allow Launcher Through Firewall / Antivirus

1. Open Windows Security → Firewall & network protection → Allow an app through firewall.
2. Add BsgLauncher.exe and EscapeFromTarkov.exe to both Private and Public.
