Where the Spire of Soaring is
The Spire of Soaring is a tall tower in the northern Demeniss region. You reach it during the main quest near the end of Chapter 5, so there is no need to travel there during free roam. The main door is barred, which leads many players to try climbing the outside, but that is not the intended route.
How to activate it
Find the mining tunnel
Face the tower and look to the lower right. A mining tunnel leads to the lower area of the spire.
Reach the base
Follow the tunnel down to where two electrified orbs sit beside a large fan.
Step over the fan
Position yourself above the fan to catch the rising air current.
Jump and glide
Jump and use your glide ability so the updraft lifts you upward.
Ride to the top
Let the air current carry you through the structure to the upper levels.
